Cheap and Chic Chair Makeover

We all get tired of our decor from time to time and wish we had the money to update our spaces. One thing I love to do is to take items homeowners already have and repurpose or rework them.

Here is a tired, dated chair. The fabric is ripped and worn and the legs are all scratched up. The frame is in good condition and the chair is very comfortable. No need to toss it into the trash. Let's get creative!

I found an inexpensive designer throw (blanket) at an outlet store. I tossed the throw over the chair and tucked it in. I then added a fabulous ruffled pillow for color and added texture and voila!
